WHAT WE NEED AT THE VENUE:
A secure power point close to our setup area.
If your event is a daytime outdoor event, a shaded area so you aren’t squinting if the sun is bright.
In wet weather, a covered shelter away from the elements for our safety and yours.
PAYMENT: A deposit of $250.00 is required to secure your date with the balance required in full at least 14 days prior to your event date.
If event is booked 14 days or closer to the event date, full payment is required at time of booking.
To keep our costs (and yours) to a minimum, we only accept payment by Direct Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer or good old fashioned cash is okay too.
One you confirm your booking, we will email our banking details to you.
Once we receive deposit, a receipt will be mailed to you.
